I work as a wedding planner and have never been been really interested or had time for fitness. However, when I started to realize my weight was starting to bother me and I didn't have as much stamina to get me through a 12 hour day, I knew I had to do something. I really hate running, and I don't have the discipline to start and maintain my own fitness routine so I went online to find a program that suited my needs and schedule. I found out about Green Feet Fitness and have LOVED it ever since. It's a fitness routine that has changed my whole outlook on working out. I really like the diversity of the station workouts and have built a strong bond with the other women of the Hot Mommas camp that make me feel even more motivated to attend each week. Jen and Gary have a great dynamic and push me just enough to make me feel good and coming back for more. After my first 2 weeks I had 3 different people ask if I had lost weight! It was truly amazing, I plan on using Green Feet Fitness for the rest of the year and beyond. Thanks Gary and Jen! You guys are such an inspiration.

I love Green Feet Fitness!  Jen and Gary really motivate me to complete the workout and not only is it fun but it’s effective.  I really was tired of the gym (which I never could make myself go to) and the same old routine, being outdoors was something I was hesitant about at first but I actually like it better!  I like the different workouts because they made me work muscles and different areas of my body that I don't pay attention to with other exercises.  I highly recommend this workout to anyone looking to get in shape or someone who would like to try a unique alternative to exercise!

Over 10 years I had on/off attempts at getting back into the physical condition gained through 13 years of swimming, but the motivation just wasn’t there.  Running had been the only consistent part of my workout routine, but shin splints were hindering any real progress to higher levels of fitness.  Then, the folks at Green Feet introduced me to a personal training program designed to both enhance running and eliminate the pain associated with shin splints.  Since the start of this program, my shin splint pain has been reduced 90% and I’m running faster/longer than ever before.  My body weight is now around where it was after high school graduation!  Thanks!

Jen is a fantastic trainer. I've never worked out before and I cant believe that I've been able to stick with it. I credit Jen completely with this, as she makes our workouts really fun and challenging. I was diagnosed with Osteopenia and was told I needed to start doing weight bearing exercises or I would have Osteoporosis before I turn 40... I started this because I had to, and now I go because I've really seen results. My muscle tone has improved and I feel more energetic. I'm looking forward to my next bone scan because I know that there will be improvement!  I have gained almost 9lbs of muscle so far! Thank you!!!
